Open Workshop Booking

•Upon booking you will receive an email confirmation which secures your place

•You will then receive a second email containing your invoice and our standard terms and conditions

•10 Days prior to the workshop we will issue complete joining instructions detailing your participation on the training event. This includes a learning objectives questionnaire, a location map, venue details and course timings.

Payment 

Payment can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS.

Payment must be made in full 7 days prior to the workshop date. B2B Sales Training reserves the right to re-allocate a workshop place to another delegate if fees are not paid in time.

 

Transfer and cancellation

You can transfer to an alternative workshop or date without any penalty, so long as we are advised in writing no later than 7 days before the workshop date. Any cancellations received after 7 days will apply of up to 100% of the course fee if we cannot sell the seat.

 

If you cancel 7 days before the workshop and the fee has been paid, the payment can be applied against the fees of another seminar or a full refund can be requested.

If a delegate fails to attend the workshops without prior notice this will be deemed as a cancellation and will incur a 100% fee.

 

Substitute delegates

You can transfer your place on a seminar to a substitute delegate free of charge.

Seminar dates and venues

B2B Sales Training does everything in its power to keep to its published seminar schedule, but reserves the right to alter seminar dates and venues without liability.

In the event of a cancellation, where an alternative seminar is not available, a full refund will be offered. B2B Sales Training do not offer refunds for seminar cancellation outside its control, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action.

 

Seminar outlines

To respond rapidly to changes in market demand B2B Sales Training reserves the right to alter its seminar content and/or trainer.

 

Seminar notes and training

B2B Sales Trainings seminar notes and training cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Nor can they accept responsibility for the actions of delegates, or those of other people reading the seminar notes, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the seminar content or the seminar notes.
